MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION HOME OFFICE:
It is the desire of Transcripro Phils., Inc. (TPI) to come up and share with qualified entrepreneurs, an innovative and low-cost small scale/micro business venture.  This is more so, that  a lot of us are presently  experiencing the brunt of the economic crisis; thus it is imperative that there be a smart, efficient and creative use of resources that can generate reasonable and/or substantial homebased  income for those involved and wiling to do micro enterprise. Another plus factor would be the potential to develop into a profitable and full blown business.    

Homebased businesses are the way to go nowadays with respect to over-all cost efficiency and practicality. In fact, home based micro enterprises have been the trend in North America for the past 20 years.

REQUIREMENTS to set-up a one (1) seat MT:

  • Minimum of 2 square meters floor area in a secure (enclosed) and quiet place of the household.
  • Internet connection (dial-up will do).
  • PC requirements - minimum of Pentium 3, with good sound card and headset, with up-to-date antivirus and antispyware

Cost of Package (Investment)  P75,000.00

Breakdown:

  • Training fee                                       - P20,000.00*
  • Use of Software                                - P25,000.00
  • Goodwill Business tie-up fee         - P30,000.00 

* Training will be homebased, which will run from 2 to 4 months (depending on the time put into it) to be provided by American Correspondence Institute.

Payment Terms:

  • Php25,000.00 Upon signing of contract
  • Php25,000.00 Payable in 25 days after first payment (with PDC)
  • Php25,000.00 Payable in 45 days after first payment (with PDC)

TPI will provide the following :
  • Extensive three (3)  months MT training to include Transcripro QA standards,  etc…  or  the MT Business Partner can avail of the ACI Training
  • Transcription and Productivity Software and Tracking System
  • Technical and client support service from Tuesday to Saturday   
  • 18 months work/jobs contract, renewable for another 12 months upon mutual agreement.

Homebased Call Station
A  project spearheaded by Intelismart, a company presently engaged in providing telecommunications and related  support services  for the call and contact center industry.  This latest venture of Intelismart is principally meant to provide small business to micro-enterprises and homebased entrepreneurs thereby helping the government in its jobs creation program.

The desire of Intelismart to come up and share with qualified entrepreneurs this type of innovative and low-cost, small scale/micro business ventures was brought about by the present economic crisis when it is imperative that there be a smart, efficient and creative use of resources that can generate substantial income and even have the potential to develop into a profitable and full-blown business.     

The international call center stations are envisioned to be established (Intelismart call station partners) on a nationwide scale for qualified individuals (home based OFWs, retirees, out of school youth and others) to do outbound calls to US and Canada, thereby providing income to the call agent(s) and/or owner(s) of the call station.  At present, Intelismart’s clients has a combined call center seat requirements of one hundred fifty to two hundred fifty (150 to 250) seats.  Also presently being undertaken are efforts to finalize for inbound customer care calls etc…, that is expected to be finalized and on track by the 1st week of September.    Intelismart has entered into a joint venture agreement with Transcripro Phils., Inc. (TPI) for TPI to provide technical and marketing support.

REQUIREMENTS to set-up a call station (fees and requirements):

  • Minimum of  2 square meters floor area in a secure and quiet area of the household
  • Internet connection, DSL (PLDT etc…) or WI- FI (Smartbro)  minimum of 386 kbps.
  • PC requirements - minimum of Pentium 3
  • One (1) or two (2) dedicated and diligent call agent/operator(s) who can do calls on a daily basis from Monday to Friday on an 6 to 8 hours basis
  • 18 months (1-1/2 year) year work/job contract with call station owner subject to renewal upon mutual agreement

Breakdown:

  • Training fee                                    – P  5,000.00
  • Use of Software and Leads         – P 15,000.00
  • Hardware                                         – P 35,000.00
  • Goodwill Business tie-up fee     – P 20,000.00 

The CSO will have a monthly expense of US$35.00 per month for VOIP systems use

  • International Telephone Router with, AVR  and telephone set
  • Tracking and performance software
  • Two (2) days intensive outbound call center training
  • Unlimited leads
  • Technical and client support service from Monday to Friday

  • Flexible Time Schedule:

  • The quota: Though you have a daily quota of 250 calls per day, this quota is cumulative within a 15-day work period. This means you can work on a flexible time schedule.

    Flexible Work Schedules:
    9:00 p.m. onwards Monday to Friday
    11:00 p.m. onwards Monday to Friday

Present and current clients of Intelismart for outbound call services:
Four (4) Medical Transcription companies
Two (2) Survey and Research companies
Two (2) companies in need of telemarking services
Two (2) international non-profit organizations

Inbound call services for customer care etc… are presently being finalized with 4 US and India based companies

REVENUE/INCOME schedule of call station :
ROI of the Call Station (for outbound survey/research calls) from start of operation , excluding training and set up period of two (2) weeks as follows:

Basic rate of P500/day plus 20% (average incentive) on good calls or P200/day = P700.00 X 22 days = P15,400/month (less use of VOIP system @ US$ 35/month [P1,575.00) ) = Gross Profit = P13,825/month

P75,000 ÷ P13,825 = 5.4 months (5-1/2 months ROI)
